Hi Aaron, I too am looking forward to this next project of yours. I've been enjoying your work for a long time, but have always wondered what your stuff is like, away from the rapid response blogging. But how are you going to fit everything in? I almost worry for you! Will this be updated on a weekly basis? It's a story, isn't it, so how much will you be putting up there? I take it this is in replace of Eye On Big Brother? So many questions! Sorry! You don't have to answer all, but I must say I am very curious. Hi Chris, No, there will be an Eye On Big Brother for 2008, it's going to be happening in conjunction. This (PPBP) will be the blog that will be compromised, during this period, and I've yet to make the decision, as to whether to actually shut this site down, for that couple of months. It will come back, most certainly; but three at once is not something I can really do! I am actually working on the whole thing, as we speak - the website is being built as a static design, and the actual work is being polished and finished up, too. This means that I will essentially just be uploading something I've already basically completed, so that I will have the time to do EOBB. As for the quantity, it's a lot, yes. However, I'm still working out when it will be uploaded. It is episodic, so you only get one chapter (or episode) at a time. It could be weekly, or monthly. I'm thinking fortnightly, actually, but don't hold me to anything. We will probably have a mailing list, and we'll send emails, when a new chapter is online. Some are bigger than others, too. Actually, I'll let you in on the process, here, because I know there are some writers who come here, and they will relate to - or, maybe, even learn something from - this... The first chapter of any book is essential, because it's basically the hook. It's easier to get people to read one whole chapter, than it is an entire book, it's usually when people make their decisions about the work, on first judgment. When a publisher gets a manuscript, they ask only for one chapter - whether you're published, or not, depends upon the work's entrance. However, with web, I think this no doubt is made worse, because you've got a much more transient audience, who are constantly distracted, and who need a solid reason to come back. Therefore, I have combined the first three chapters (editing them down, a bit) into one, so that the return rate is higher. This means that the largest chapter you'll get is the first! After that, I can be confident that the people who are there, will return. So, if you get there, don't judge the work, in terms of quantity, based on that first uploaded piece! I may keep that in mind, and allow a little longer before the second part is uplaoded. But this is all in the works, as I've said. Anyway, hope to see you there! Many thanks... Aaron
