Hey Aaron, I've been wondering what your views are on the current ACMA inquiry to Big Brother. I noticed you mentioned it in tonight's review of DWTS, but I must say I expected you to give this inquiry a proper write up. I know many people here don't know you from your BB days, but I for one think the submissions are incomplete without The Eye's stamp of dissaproval! have you read the submissions? What is your take on them? Love your work (both sides rock for different reasons!) Damien Hi Damien, Yes, I've been slowly making my way through them, and we will be having a proper discussion about them, shortly, I promise. I did know about the call for submissions, but my perspective on the show doesn't particularly fit into the debate around the codes of practice (it's an irrelevant argument to me, this is exclusively the field of the conservative approach to reality TV, which I do not belong to), so I didn't submit, because my views would mean nothing to what their actually doing in this inquiry and who they are deciding they should please. Ultimately, they'll do very little, unless there is another scandal in this, an election year (an added chemistry this year to the role of poltics in BB, which otherwise, would have no real affect on the show). But I'll save my discussions for now. I can't tell you when the article will be up, but it's coming. Thanks, Aaron
