And is there some reason why the show is making a point of featuring redheads and mentioning "rangas" this year? I don't like that word for some reason...it sounds crude to me...not sure why. A lot of people I've spoken to have noticed their increased representation. Am I "seeing" or noticing something that either isn't "there" or has little relevance? Your thoughts, please! LOL.

And Stevie Wonder.... can Stevie himself also be included in that ban?! No, no, he's an inspirational figure, I know, but I just don't get the music.

We could also hope for no renditions of Mariah Carey's Hero (Mariah Carey's anything, really) but that would be a futile hope in idol world.

Also no Celine Dion anything.Or Whitney Houston. And after last night - no jumpsuits. I'm also over Ricki Lee... can we ban her too?
