Talk about a slow news week! Someone actually asked me why I hadn't produced anything this week, and apart from the fact I've been dealing with clients (who always expect you to suddenly produce the Christmas break's work in two days to make up for it... bastards), there's just been nothing that's pushed my buttons. And after I read this post (it was the first I'd heard of Tara's magical dolphin touching) I must admit, I came across this story, everywhere! It was all over the news, it was even third page here in the Newcastle press! I mean, really, I understand human interest tid-bits, but this was really taken to an unnecessary level. And they all ran with the word, "magical". OMG! American star touches dolphin! MAGICAL!

Yes, unfarkingbelievable

American star touched dolphin "magical"

All we needed was a "wardrobe malfunction" to top it off!

MAGICKAL ... maybe !!!!!! Unfarkingbelievable!

LOL.

Even today, this story is still the top story in the entertainment section of Google news!

Slow news week, indeed!

Aaron, you're very right with the word "Magical", and I just found out where it comes from. Wait for this...

She's here having been hired by John Singleton, the advertising guru, to promote the Magic Millions sale on the gold coast (like the Paris Hilton Bondi Blonde thing)!

It's a tad sad (ok, it's alot sad!) that media bought into it and ran with his public relations stint and made the "magic" of the dolphins one of the biggest stories this week.

Thank God the journo in the above article has finally had a swipe at just how sad that is.
