Actually, I told a lie, because while I grew up on Coon Tasty, when I'm really going for the fancy stuff, I love Cracker Barrel Vintage. See, I'm posh, after all

And Protos, I can see you're online (hello!) - come and tell us what the cook thinks is the best cheese (and a link perhaps to your blog?)

Sorry I missed this! LOL

Well I'm not really a cheese person per se, but I love a good Parmigiano Reggianno on pasta (i.e. Parmesan cheese).

Cracker Barrel tasty is fantastic and a good melted halloumi is delicious too!
